These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the 22bd platform and all its services. 22bd is an online betting and casino platform that provides services in Bengali for users in Bangladesh.

Each person may create only one account. Having multiple accounts will be considered a violation and all accounts may be suspended or closed. Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts will be treated as fraud.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false or misleading information may result in the following actions:

• Immediate account suspension
• Cancellation of all bonuses and bonus-related winnings
• Withdrawal held until identity verification is completed
• Permanent account closure if necessary

2.4 Account Security

3.1 Deposit Terms

Deposited funds must come only from the account holder's own approved payment method. Using a third party's account or payment method is strictly prohibited. Deposits from illegal or non-transparent sources will not be accepted, and accounts will be suspended if such transactions are detected.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The following conditions must be met before a withdrawal request is processed:

• Wagering requirements for any active bonus must be completed
• Identity verification must be completed (for first-time withdrawals)
• Withdrawal amount must be at least ৳500
• Withdrawal method must match the deposit method

3.3 Bank Transfer

Major banks in Bangladesh — such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, or Sonali Bank — can be used for bank transfer transactions. Bank transfer processing times may be slightly longer than other methods, but are generally completed within 3 hours.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

First-time depositors at 22bd will receive a 200% welcome bonus, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements apply only to the bonus amount — not to the combined total of the deposit and bonus. For example: ৳2,000 bonus × 10 = winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn after completing ৳20,000 in bets.

If you request a withdrawal before the wagering requirements are met, the incomplete bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.

4.3 Bonus Abuse Prohibition

The following activities are considered bonus abuse and are strictly prohibited:

• Claiming the same bonus multiple times through multiple accounts
• Earning bonuses using accounts of family members or other members of the same household
• Attempting to secure guaranteed profit from bonuses through arbitrage betting
• Placing artificial bets for the purpose of meeting bonus requirements

If abuse is proven, 22bd reserves the right to cancel all associated bonuses, bonus-derived winnings, and the entire account if necessary.

4.4 VIP Program

22bd has three VIP tiers, which vary based on play activity:

• Bronze: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback

Advancing to a higher VIP tier depends on regular and active play. Each tier comes with specific benefits and additional rewards.

5.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on 22bd are considered final. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless an incorrect value was displayed due to a system error. In the case of a technical error, 22bd reserves the right to cancel the relevant bet and return the staked amount.

5.2 Sports Betting

Betting is available on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Betting markets can be of various types — such as match winner, total runs, handicap, and others. For example, on a Bangladesh vs India match, you can bet on the match winner, the highest run-scorer in the first innings, or the total number of wickets.

All sports betting results are determined based on the official results of the relevant governing body (ICC, FIFA, etc.). If a match is not completed, the outcome of bets will be determined according to 22bd's established rules.

5.3 Casino Games

All casino games on 22bd follow a fair play policy. The results of slots, live casino, and other games are determined by a neutral random number generator (RNG). There is no possibility of tampering or manipulation of any game results.

5.4 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation:

• Use of any type of bot, automated software, or artificial assistance
• Placing bets in collusion with other players
• Fraudulent activities or exploiting system vulnerabilities
• Money laundering or illegal financial activities

9.2 Closure by User
